Lazy Cake Bars

Lazy Cake Cookies with CCTNT

Seriously, I don’t think there is an easier dessert recipe than this one.  My mom sent this to me a couple of months ago.  I finally got around to trying it and was surprised at how easy and good these bars are.  The recipe called them Lazy Cake Cookies, but I think they are really more like Lazy Cake Bars…so, I changed the name.

  1. Definitely trying this one. Looks like the deliciousness of chocolate chip cookies without the work-out involved with stirring stiff batter!

    • Hey Ton,
Glad to hear you are going to try these bars. Let us know if you are pleased with the ease and taste of them.

      • OK. I made them last night after dinner. On a Monday. When I’m usually too pooped to do much of anything. They were ridiculously easy and super delicious. I totally recommend these and think they’ll be a good thing to whip up when my son has some buddies over. Thanks for the great recipe!
